Erik Feighner is the Chief Financial Officer for Oak Ridge Natural Resources and brings over 20 years of oil and gas industry experience in multiple disciplines including public accounting, financial reporting, strategic planning, business development, and treasury.
Prior to joining Oak Ridge, Erik served as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning at ETX Energy. His responsibilities included leading the business development team in the evaluation of acquisition targets and the planning and budgeting process.
Erik worked in a variety of roles and responsibilities over the course of nearly 15 years at Williams and later WPX Energy, most recently as Manager of Commercial Project Analysis for WPX. While at WPX, Erik led the divestiture of WPX’s interest in a publicly traded international company totaling over $420 million and played a key role in the spin-off of WPX from Williams in 2012. Prior to the spin-off of WPX, Erik and his team provided financial analysis on potential acquisitions and various business combinations and structures.
Erik is a Certified Public Accountant earning his Bachelor of Accounting degree from East Central University and his Master of Science in Finance with a concentration in Corporate Finance from The University of Tulsa.
